When will I be live?

Most clients are live in five to seven days after purchase. In that time we build and train your AI Employee, connect your channels including WhatsApp, socials, and your website, set up your booking and review flows, and test everything so it is ready to go.

Do I have to train my AI Employee myself?

Accepted Answer

No. We train and monitor your AI Employee for you. We watch conversations daily and keep tweaking responses so they feel more natural, more human, and more on brand. If you ever spot something you would like changed while catching up on chats, you simply screenshot it and send it to us. We update and retrain the AI Employee, usually within one hour of receiving it.

Can I still jump into conversations myself?

Yes. At any time you can open a chat and take over. You will get notifications from the mobile app as chats are happening, so you can watch the conversation if you like, or step in and reply yourself. Think of the AI Employee as your first line responder, you are still in full control.

What if I already use another booking system?
